Fear is deceitful, and it cripples the things of the heart. Fear is disability. It stops your capacity and it enslaves you. God has not given any man a spirit of fear, 2 Timothy 1:7
Fear says you cannot do it, it says you will not succeed, it says you do not have the ability to win ….
According to William Shakespeare, “fear can neither fight nor fly.”
Fear is failure. It’s demeaning because it can subject you to nothing. There are two meanings to fear: With fear you cannot move forward and with fear you cannot fight what is holding you backward. It’s keeps you in one position.
With fear in your mind you cannot fight a battle, and with fear you cannot conquer. With fear in your mind you will always succumb.
Fear governs the world because of the lack of courage. We seek fear first before doing anything. We watch the television and listen to a news of someone who does not succeed in his career as an business investor, and we assume the same scenarios for us.
We just have to be courageous to do everything. To be courageous means you have to be fearless, and be lionhearted. It means you have to put faith over fear. Courage is to proceed especially in the face of fear.
Lesson: Fear is false evidence appearing real. We don’t have to listen to fear when it speaks. Speak Faith over fear. Let your words be: I can do it, I can make it, I’ll will succeed, I’ll win.
For instance, you might want to invest in the market industry for years but you can’t do it because of fear. Cast out fear and do it.
You can do anything you set your mind on, even if your faith is as small as a mustard seed.
